This total body workout uses a pair of medium dumbbells to work both your upper and lower body in three key exercises. With a dumbbell in each hand, start with lateral raises into bicep curls. Then, go into bent over row kickbacks, before moving to the floor for elevated push-ups into kneeling hammer curls, and shoulder presses. For the lower body, complete six reps each of a front squat, reverse lunge, and straight leg dead lift.
