Dr Gowri Motha is one of the UK’s leading obstetricians, and author of The Gentle Birth Method – a holistic pregnancy programme that aims to help women reach full-term with less medical and surgical interventions. Founder of TITS UP, Kim Howells, drew lots of comfort from Dr Motha’s book during her own pregnancy.
For this episode, Dr Motha and Howells discuss the importance of preparing your body for birth, the chakras and energy points surrounding your body during pregnancy, and the ability to surrender, relax, and visualise, allowing pregnant mothers to get excited about meeting their baby.
