Soho House Mumbai member Shalini Sarena is a mindset and embodiment coach, meditation guide, yoga instructor, and entrepreneur. Here, she shares three powerful tips to introduce mindfulness techniques into your everyday life. 

As Sarena says, having a daily practice that resonates with you and helps you feel grounded is the most important thing. Whether that involves breathing, movement, running or mantras, it doesn’t matter – as long as it’s consistent and preferably done first thing in the morning. It can be one hour or one minute long – however much time you have.
