Jess Learoyd leads a 25-minute power yoga class aimed at working the whole body. She guides you through a number of relaxing but dynamic positions using controlled breathwork. Targeting the core and stretching the lower back with various lengthening exercises, Learoyd combines balancing poses with deep body twists for an invigorating session.
