This short but intense class focuses on your shoulders, chest, back and arms, using a combination of holds, curls, and presses. Take two medium to heavy dumbbells and focus on controlled movements at a minimum of six reps per movement. A combination of standing, kneeling and back exercises will leave your upper body pumped and feeling the burn.
