Targeting both the upper and lower body, this 45-minute workout focuses on compound movements to develop control, while building strength and power. Culminating in an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible), this class will test your endurance and ensure you leave feeling stronger. You’ll need two medium to heavy dumbbells for this class.
