These terms and conditions govern the use and redemption of the House introduction credits, to be received by you on receipt of your payment of the House introduction fee, for you to purchase food and beverage items, and bedroom stays, at the Houses in accordance with the terms below (“House introduction credits”).

Use of your House introduction credits constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions and the accompanying House introduction credits FAQs which can be found at https://www.sohohouse.com/faq/house-introduction-credits (the “FAQs”) and which are between you and the Soho House company which looks after your local House (“Soho House”). These terms and conditions and the FAQs are subject to change or modification by Soho House at any time without prior notice.

For the avoidance of doubt and as further provided for in these terms and conditions, your House introduction credits must be used by the date of expiry of the Usage Period. Please note that if you spend your House introduction credits on food and beverage items in the Houses, your House introduction credits may be used to cover any service charge and tips on your bill.

Unless otherwise provided in these terms and conditions, any of your outstanding House introduction credits will automatically expire at the end of the Usage Period, at which point they can no longer be spent.
