House introduction credits

FAQs

Members can spend them in the Houses on bedrooms, food, drink, and gratuities. Member credits cannot be spent at Soho House Istanbul, Soho House Tel Aviv Jaffa, Soho House Mumbai, Summer River House, Soho Beach House Canouan, or at any affiliate hotels. Member credits cannot be spent on Soho Home, Cowshed or Soho Skin.
To spend credit in the Houses, members will need to download the SH.APP to use our payment system, House Pay, without the need for a membership card. If you are in a region that doesn’t support House Pay, then you can still use your credits by presenting your membership card to your server who will be able to apply the credits to your bill.
The easiest way to see your credit balance is within House Pay on the SH.APP. If you’re in a region that doesn’t support House Pay, go to https://www.sohohouse.com/settings/credit and sign in to view your balance.
Credits will be added to your account shortly after your House Introduction fee has been collected. You will receive an email when they are ready to spend.
