Run Club
A way to boost fitness, endurance and speed, our Run Clubs are popular with members for a reason: they offer a supportive community that helps to achieve personal running goals. Available at select Houses, these dynamic, sociable sessions cater to all experience levels – whether members are taking their first steps into running, training regularly, or aiming for a new personal best.
Social wellness
Creating a strong sense of community is at the heart of Soho Health Club’s mission, and that’s why we’ve created spaces and events geared towards fostering social wellness. At select Houses, members can explore contrast therapy, alternating between intense heat and extreme cold (think saunas to cold plunges and back again) to help boost circulation and nervous system regulation. We also offer a series of After Hours events, blending sound, contrast therapy and connection into one immersive experience with live DJ sets, curated sauna rituals, and an elevated social atmosphere.

Soho Retreats
Designed to inspire and renew, our retreats invite members to embark on multi-day wellness experiences. Informed by the Houses they’re hosted at – and organised and led by experts – each one prioritises movement, mindfulness, and nutrition with guided sessions, workshops, and meditation alongside curated culinary experiences.
Fitness classes
From monthly Pilates socials – supplemented by complimentary smoothies – to the signature Restore, Form, and Power sessions available globally, Soho Health Club’s complete class offering encourages members to work on their fitness goals while also providing opportunities to gather, meet, and socialise. We also offer instructor-led Pilates, a selection of local classes unique to specific Houses, and padel socials.
