This simple yet balanced cocktail is inspired by Jason Bentley’s chat with actor and producer Jim Parsons. It combines D’USSÉ VSOP cognac with St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur and is topped off with Martini & Rossi Prosecco.
Ingredients
1 ½ parts D’USSÉ VSOP
3/4 part St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Martini & Rossi Prosecco
Lemon for garnish
Method
1. Add the D’USSÉ and St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur to a shaker with ice. Then shake and strain into a champagne flute.
2. Top with chilled Martini & Rossi Prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist.
