Sweet Talk, inspired by Bentley’s conversation with Paul Feig and Margaret Cho, mixes D’USSÉ VSOP with Martini Fiero, St-Germain and simple syrup to create a savoury balance between bitterness and sweetness.
Ingredients
1.5 parts D’USSÉ VSOP
¾ part Martini Fiero
1 part St-Germain
1 barspoon simple syrup
Grapefruit peel for garnish
Method
1. Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass and stir for 10 seconds.
2. Strain and serve in a glass of your choice.
