Soho Health Club
Accessed from Arundel Street to the left of the main House entrance, the 180 House gym is located in the basement level, hidden away from the busy city above
Designed to encourage performance and promote holistic wellness and longevity, it features state-of-the-art fitness equipment, infrared saunas, steam rooms, ice baths, a recovery area, and a smoothie bar
Soho Health Club is open to local members of 180 House and Every House members from all Houses.
The 618 sq ft health club is fully equipped with:
• An extensive range of TechnoGym cardio and resistance machines
• An Olympic lifting platform, boxing bags and free weights
• A fitness studio hosting a daily schedule of classes
• A classical Pilates studio with tower and barrel apparatus
• A spin studio
• Infrared saunas, ice baths and a marble steam room
• A post-workout recovery area with mats, Bosu balls, bands, and foam rollers
• Residencies from specialists, such as a naturopathic nutritionist and hormone specialist, sports and rehabilitation physiotherapy, and bespoke IV infusions
• A smoothie bar with a new menu of protein shakes
• Locker rooms with rainforest showers, Dyson hairdryers and hair straighteners

The gym hosts daily classes including our core Soho Health Club workouts focused on the three principles of Form, Power and Restore, as well as signature Ride sessions


Classical Pilates studio
Exclusive to 180 Soho Health Club, we have reimagined mat and apparatus-based Pilates classes to follow the classical principles of the practice, building strength and focusing on mind-body connection. The studio features towers, barrels and Wunda Chairs taught by specialists

Directions
The entrance to the gym is on Arundel Street. Ring the buzzer by the brown gates and the reception team will let you in. Once inside, turn right and enter the gym through the door at the bottom of the stairs.
