What is IV infusion therapy?
IV infusion therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, and nutrients directly into your bloodstream.

The goal is to reduce dehydration, resolve electrolyte imbalances, and support immune health with a specialised cocktail of key nutrients and vitamins.

How does an IV drip work?
An IV drip delivers concentrated fluids, nutrients, and vitamins into the bloodstream through a vein. By working intravenously instead of through the digestive system, it can ensure faster absorption for a more effective dosage.

What are the benefits of IV infusion?
IV infusions are increasingly popular thanks to their numerous wellness benefits. They support rapid rehydration and recovery by replenishing key nutrients lost through exercise, travel, and everyday life. By reintroducing vital electrolytes, you’ll benefit from reduced muscle soreness after strenuous training sessions. An infusion can boost energy and reduce fatigue, support your immunity and help sharpen mental focus.

House tips

Before your session, we recommend drinking plenty of water to plump your veins and wearing a short-sleeved top for easy access. During the drip, relax, and take slow breaths.

What should I expect from an IV infusion?
A typical IV infusion can last between 20 and 60 minutes depending on your goals and the tailored infusion our team is administering. Before your session a nurse will discuss your goals and any pre-existing health concerns or medical conditions that might influence your treatment. From here, you can relax and enjoy the therapy in our spa and treatment rooms. Throughout the treatment, our team of trained therapists will be available to monitor your session and provide support if needed.

Where is IV therapy available?
Our teams provide IV infusions in London at 180 House, White City House, and Shoreditch House, in addition to Babington House in Somerset and Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire; plus Europe’s Barcelona Pool House and Soho Farmhouse Ibiza. We are expanding this offering to the treatment menu at Soho House Manchester soon. Members can book sessions for themselves and their guest via the Soho House app.

Treatment stacking

An IV drip can benefit hydration and overall wellness independently or as part of a wider recovery programme. Taking an infusion after a red light therapy (PBM) session can help boost light absorption for more effective muscle recovery, collagen production and cell repair. It also pairs with hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) to support nutrient replenishment.
