Keeping you safe

To keep everyone safe and healthy, our team members will be wearing appropriate protection while at work, and you will notice screens installed at the member desks.

We have increased disinfection and cleaning of all high-contact surfaces, including tables, bars, and door handles.

If you or your guest are feeling unwell, please do not visit the House.

On arrival, we ask you to use hand sanitiser provided by us, which is also available throughout the House.

We have rearranged areas in the House to ensure that there is more space for you, and facilitated one-way traffic wherever possible.

The Houses are cashless, so please ensure you pay by card or via House Pay, which can be activated in the SH.APP. For more information on House Pay, click here

It’s important that we know who is spending time at our Houses, so we will be collecting contact details of any guests arriving at the club. You will need to register your guests directly through the House Guest function in the SH.APP.

To ensure we can accommodate as many members as possible under the social-distancing guidelines, you are only permitted to bring one guest to the House. Extended guest lists will not be possible at the moment. We will notify you as soon as this changes.

Children count as your plus-one unless they have child membership.

Restaurant reservations are now available via the SH.APP for tables of up to six people.

Monday to Wednesday: 8am to 1am
Thursday to Friday: 8am to 3am
Saturday: 9am to 3am 
Sunday: 9am to 12am
