To ensure the safety and well-being of both our members and teams, we are implementing all the appropriate health and safety measures in line with government regulations.
Keeping you safe
To keep everyone safe and healthy, our team members will be wearing appropriate protection while at work, and you will notice screens installed at the member desks.
We have increased disinfection and cleaning of all high-contact surfaces, including tables, bars, and door handles.
If you’re feeling unwell
If you or your guest are feeling unwell, please do not visit the House.
On arrival, we ask you to use hand sanitiser provided by us, which is also available throughout the House.
In the House
We have rearranged areas in the House to ensure that there is more space for you, and facilitated one-way traffic wherever possible.
Paying your bill
The Houses are cashless, so please ensure you pay by card or via House Pay, which can be activated in the SH.APP. For more information on House Pay, click here
Member check-in and guests
It’s important that we know who is spending time at our Houses, so you will need to register your guests directly through the ‘Invite a Guest’ function in the SH.APP.
To ensure we can accommodate as many members as possible, you are only permitted to bring one guest to the House. Extended guest lists will not be possible at the moment. We will notify you as soon as this changes.
Children count as your plus-one unless they have child membership.
Restaurant reservations are now available via the SH.APP for tables of up to six people.
Facilities and opening times
From Monday 19 July House Visits are no longer required for visiting a rooftop with a pool. We will run on a first-come, first-served basis. You don’t need to book a slot – just turn up with your guest and stay as long as you like
House opening hours:
Monday to Wednesday: 8am to 1am
Thursday to Saturday: 8am to 3am
Sunday: 8am to 12am
The lifts can be used with a maximum capacity of four people. The stairs are available to go up between the fifth and sixth floor of the House as the lifts will go ONLY to the fifth floor. Gym users must walk down to fourth and back to the fifth to leave the House.
The hotel will remain closed until further notice, but Redchurch Townhouse just around the corner will be opening as of Monday 17 May.

Our Houses are designed to be social spaces, but we understand that at times you may need to send a couple of emails or share a presentation with your guest.
Laptops can be used on the Fifth-floor Library, The Sitting Room and the Games Room until 6pm
Coats and luggage
From Monday 19 July, members are able to use the cloakroom.
We can store bikes at the House on a first-come, first-served basis.
We can accept small and medium sized deliveries.
All of the fifth floor will be available for walk-ins, apart from House Kitchen, where you need to make a reservation via ‘Book a Table’ on the SH.APP. This is the same for the rooftop restaurant and the Back Deck.
Monday to Friday: 6.30am to 9pm
Saturday to Sunday: 8am to 7.30pm
All property left at the owners risk - Soho House Accept no responsibility for property stolen or damaged. Please use our Lockers.
The rooftop pool is open daily from 8am to 10pm. Child members can swim until midday.
