To ensure the safety and well-being of both our members and teams, we are implementing all the appropriate health and safety measures in line with government regulations.
Keeping you safe
To keep everyone safe and healthy, our team members will be wearing masks and gloves while at work, and you will notice screens installed at the member desks. We also kindly ask all members and their guests to wear a protective mask while in the House.
Additionally, we have actioned increased disinfection and cleaning of all high-contact surfaces, including tables, bars and door handles. While in the House, we kindly ask all members and their guests to wear a protective mask.
If you’re feeling unwell
If you or your guest are feeling unwell, please do not visit the House until you are feeling better.
On arrival, we ask you to use hand sanitiser provided by us, which is also available throughout the House.
In the House
We have rearranged areas in the House to ensure there is increased spacing for you, and one-way traffic wherever possible.
Menus and bills
Our menus are available digitally to limit contact between members and our team.
Member check in and guests
It’s important that we know who is spending time in our Houses, so we will be collecting contact details of any guests arriving at the club. Beginning in June, you will be able to register your guests directly through the House Guest function in the SH.APP.
Facilities and opening times
Following the recent government announcement, Soho House Berlin is closed until further notice. The Store X will remain open for retail from Monday to Saturday, 12pm until 6pm. Bedrooms will remain available to book for business trips.
Our spa will be closing from Monday 2 November until further notice.
Cecconi’s will be closing from Monday 2 November until further notice.
