To ensure the safety and well-being of both our members and teams, we are implementing all the appropriate health and safety measures in line with government regulations.
Keeping you safe
To keep everyone safe and healthy, you will notice screens installed at the member desks. When entering and moving around any space within the House, we ask that all members and staff wear face covering. Additionally, we ask you to be mindful in keeping a 1.5m distance at all times
We have increased cleaning of all high-contact surfaces, including tables, bars and door handles.
If you’re feeling unwell
If you or your guest are feeling unwell, please do not visit the House until you are feeling better.
We ask you to use hand sanitiser provided by us, available throughout the House.
In the House
We have rearranged areas in the House to ensure there is increased spacing and one-way traffic wherever possible.
We only accept card and contactless payments.

It’s important that we know who is spending time in our Houses, so we will be collecting contact details of any guests arriving at the club. You can register your guests directly through the House Guest function on the SH.APP.
