Keeping you safe
To keep everyone safe and healthy, you will notice screens installed at the member desks.
We have increased cleaning of all high-contact surfaces, including tables, bars and door handles.
If you’re feeling unwell
If you or your guest are feeling unwell, please do not visit the House until you are feeling better.
We ask you to use hand sanitiser provided by us, available throughout the House.
In the House
We have rearranged areas in the House to ensure there is increased spacing and one-way traffic wherever possible.
We only accept card and contactless payments.
Member check in and guests
It’s important that we know who is spending time in our Houses, so we will be collecting contact details of any guests arriving at the club. Beginning in June You will be able to register your guests directly through the House Guest function on the SH.APP.
Facilities and opening times
The House will be open daily from 8am until midnight, with reduced seating capacity in line with government regulations.
We will continue our digital programming and we will have physical member events. Capacities will be limited and social-distancing guidelines will be in place to keep you safe. You can view and book all events through the SH.APP.
Laptops are permitted in Club and House Kitchen until 6pm;
Rooftop allowed until 12pm
Coats & luggage
Coats and luggage can temporarily not be stored and should be taken up with you
For safety reasons, it’s not possible to swim in the pool, until further notice.
The cinema will be open for a limited amount of screenings each week. Please visit the SH.APP to book.
The spa will be open for all services and to purchase products daily from 12pm until 8pm
Every Sunday night from 7pm,
Monday all day,
Thursday – Saturday from 11pm.
