Brighton Beach House
Event spaces
Brighton Beach House features a wide range of spaces for hosting events and gatherings, from parties, meetings and supper clubs to drinks receptions and away days. Brighton Beach Lofts are set across the ground floor, featuring a modular open-plan kitchen, five private lofts, lounge areas, and a private sea-view terrace.
The spaces can be hired by both members and non-members for daytime and evening occasions.
Promenade
An open space made for interaction with a 65in screen and comfortable seating that adjoins the Marine room

A boardroom-style space with a 55in screen that adjoins the Promenade room

Jersey
A boardroom-style space with a 65in and 55in screen, plus an additional lounge area

A boardroom-style space with a 65in screen that adjoins the Pride room
Capacity: 10 seated, 15 standing
Pride
A cosy space with a 65in screen and comfortable seating that adjoins the Madeira room, plus a wine fridge and sink

Loft takeover
Including the use of the terrace and kitchen, along with the individual event rooms – Jersey, Promenade and Marine – all opening out to views of Brighton Beach
