Creative director, fashion stylist and new mum Kim Howells has launched a new podcast series called TITS UP. Created for women to support the journey of breastfeeding, it aims to dispel anxieties and preconceptions, and reveal aspects of breastfeeding that you may never have heard of.

In the first episode, Howells has a mum-to-mum conversation with her longstanding friend and cofounder of The Institute of Digital Fashion, Leanne Elliott-Young. The pair share an honest, frank and funny conversation about what it’s like to become new mums, how their first breastfeeding experience went, and learning to accept that everyone’s journey is unique.

In the face of so much advice, it can be easy for first-time mothers to feel anxious if their experience doesn’t meet those expectations. As Young says, ‘There’s no right or wrong way. Any of these ideals are dangerous, because it makes you feel like you’ve failed.’
