Our approach

• Across recruitment, we’ve worked to improve our job descriptions, removing any coded or prohibitive language. We’ve also introduced behaviour-based assessment training to our hiring managers, and ensure that candidates meet multiple interviewers to reduce singular views in our decision making.

• We’ve created programmes for both internal and external candidates to support them through their early career or career transition periods. We also offer options to work towards a professional qualification while training on the job with us.

• We monitor and report on diversity within our teams across the globe, specifically reviewing any gender or racial disparities to ensure that we’re continually building more representative teams. See our latest Gender Pay Gap report here.
