Whether you’re creating your own exercise plan, working with an instructor to guide you through one of our signature Form, Power or Restore fitness classes, or have booked a one-on-one session with a personal trainer, Soho House members have access to fitness spaces inside the Houses

There’s also a range of mat-based classes that take place at Houses without gyms and can be booked via the Soho House app
