Soho Health Club

Whether you’re looking to establish new routines, enhance existing wellness goals, or engage in a friendly game of your favourite racquet sport, Soho Health Club at Soho House Mexico City features an outdoor gym, a pickleball court, and two padel courts.
Open seven days a week for Soho House members, there are also a range of signature fitness classes – from yoga to HIIT workouts.

Gym and classes
Create your own workout plan using the extensive range of equipment in the covered, open-air gym, which is equipped with free weights and Technogym cardio and strength machines.
 
If you prefer to workout in group settings, there’s also a daily programme of our member-favourite signature classes. Every House members get four complimentary classes included in their membership each month; these can be booked via the Soho House app.

Pickleball

Hire the pickleball court and play a fun and friendly game of singles or doubles. Slots are one-hour long and can be booked consecutively for longer matches.

Padel

There are two padel courts available for members to book. Stay active while improving your racquet skills as you enjoy a social game of singles or doubles. Slots are one-hour long and can be booked consecutively for longer matches.

Every week, there’s a range of signature Form, Power, and Restore classes, as well as mat and studio Pilates. Classes can be booked book via the Soho House app or at reception.
