Important information
Laptops
Phone calls and video calls are not permitted in the Casa Bar, Parlor, Tequila Bar, Sitting Room, Study, Library, Salon, Drawing Room, Courtyard, Pool House, or pool.
Laptops may be used at any time in the Sitting Room, Study, Library, Salon, Annex, and the rear section of the Courtyard until 6pm, and in the Drawing Room until 1pm. Video calls are permitted in the Annex until 6pm.
Tablets can only be used at any time in the Courtyard, Sitting Room, Study, Library, Salon, Pool House, pool, Annex until 6pm, and in the Drawing Room until 1pm.
Pool
Opening hours:
Monday to Sunday: 8am to 11pm
Cabanas can be booked via the member app.
Sunbeds cannot be pre-booked and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Room service
Room service is available at the following times:
Breakfast: 7am to 12pm
All-day menu: 12pm to 11pm
Late night: 11pm to 7am
Breakfast: 7am to 12pm

Children
Children must have a Child membership and be accompanied by an adult member to access Soho House Mexico City and the pool.
They are permitted in the House from Monday to Wednesday until 3pm, and from Thursday to Sunday until 1pm. Pool hours for child members: Monday to Wednesday: 8am to 1pm Thursday to Sunday: 8am to 11am.
Children without memberships are only permitted in the House if attending the Sunday Feast with an adult member. They are required to pay the Feast consumption charge and are only allowed in the pool area until 1pm, but not in the pool.
