Choose between targeted benefits with considered ingredients and optional Health+ additions to support specific wellness goals.
For comprehensive daily support, discover the Soho Health Club tray, curated in partnership with Zooki and available to guests staying at select Houses. Soho Health Club Cafe
At Barcelona Pool House, members can refuel after workouts at the Soho Health Club Cafe. The dedicated space, located conveniently close to the gym floor, offers post-workout recovery meals and snacks, suitable for vegetarians – including sweet potato pancakes for sustained energy and muscle recovery, and superfood grain bowls to promote gut health.

House Aid
Maintaining healthy habits can present a challenge when travelling. Members staying in Large bedrooms at select Houses, can turn to the House Aid Amenity Box – designed to support your health wherever you are, without compromise.
Consider this your wellness mini-bar, with a collection of products that offer five wellbeing and health benefits: hydration, performance, regeneration, recovery, and relaxation. Curated by Soho Health Club in partnership with experts in the holistic and therapeutic spaces, House Aid provides that essential dose of wellness to help members function at their best.
