Alexandra Leung is deeply passionate about the food and beverage industry. In the midst of the pandemic, she cofounded Monogic, a digital consultancy dedicated to showcasing Hong Kong’s burgeoning food and beverage businesses, with her partner Kieran Gibb. Professional life aside, Leung is a fervent tea enthusiast and food lover. She enjoys discovering new restaurants, cooking for friends at home, and has a deep interest in Cantonese opera.
