To ensure the safety and well-being of both our members and teams, we are implementing all the appropriate health and safety measures in line with government regulations. We thank you in advance for your patience and support as we navigate these new restrictions.

Keeping you safe

To keep everyone safe and healthy, our team members will be wearing masks, and you will notice screens installed at all member desks. We also kindly ask all members and their guests to wear a protective mask while in the House.

We have increased disinfection and cleaning of all high-contact surfaces, including tables, bars and door handles.

If you or your guest are feeling unwell, please do not visit the House until you are feeling better.

On arrival, we ask you to use hand sanitiser provided by us, which is also available throughout the House.

 

Following government guidance, we will be requesting that members and guests share their vaccination status when visiting the House. Your status can be stored in your membership profile, please speak to reception.

 

To prevent crowding at reception, please have your digital membership card handy for a speedy check-in.

We have rearranged areas in the House to ensure there is increased spacing and one-way traffic wherever possible.

 

Masks must be worn when moving around the House, and may be removed when seated.

 

Our menus are available digitally to limit physical contact between members and our team.

The Houses are now all cashless, so please ensure you bring a credit or debit card to pay.

Member check-in and guests

All guests must be registered via House Guests on the SH.APP prior to their visit.

Those under 21 are welcome in the House from 8am to 6pm in the company of their parent member

Facilities and opening timings

House opening hours: Monday to Sunday from 8am to 1.30am

Gym opening hours: Monday to Sunday from 6am to 11pm

We continue to host physical member events.

Cecconi’s is open daily from 12pm to 12am on weekdays, and 11am to 12am on weekends. Please make a reservation on +022 6213 3333.

The gym is open from 6am to 11pm, Monday to Sunday.

The pool is open daily from 9am to 10pm. Children are permitted at the pool until 11am.

The Screening Room is open.

Credits

Your credits are valid for use until end September 2021 in the Mumbai House.
