To ensure the safety and well-being of both our members and teams, we are implementing all the appropriate health and safety measures in line with government regulations.

Keeping you safe

To keep everyone safe and healthy, our team members will be wearing masks and gloves while at work. You will also notice that screens have been installed at the reception desks. When visiting the House, it’s mandatory for all members and their guests to bring their own protective mask for use in the building.
We have increased cleaning of all high-contact surfaces, including tables, bars and door handles.
If you or your guest are feeling unwell, please do not visit the House until you are feeling better.
Our team is required to perform temperature checks on all members and guests on arrival. Additionally, we ask you to use the hand sanitiser provided by us, available throughout the House.
To prevent crowding at reception, please have your digital membership card handy for a speedy check-in.
We have rearranged areas in the House to ensure there is increased spacing and one-way traffic wherever possible.
We only accept card and contactless payments.

Member check-in and guests

It’s important that we know who is spending time in our Houses, so we will be collecting contact details of any guests arriving at the House. From June, you will be able to register your guests directly through the House Guest function on the SH.APP.
To ensure we can accommodate as many members as possible under the new social-distancing guidelines, you are permitted to bring one guest to the House. Extended guest lists will not be possible at the moment.

Facilities and opening times

Sunday to Thursday - from 9am to 11pm.
Friday to Saturday - from 9am to 12 midnight.
The lifts can be used with a maximum capacity of two people. The stairs are available to go up between the fifth and sixth floor of the club.
We will continue our digital programming and have physical member events. Capacities will be limited and social-distancing guidelines will be in place to keep you safe. You can view and book all events through the SH.APP.
They are permitted on the fifth floor, except in the House Kitchen, until 8pm.
These items can temporarily not be stored, unless you are staying at the House.
Monday to Friday - from 7am to 8:30pm.
Saturday to Sunday – from 8am to 7:30pm.

In order to give as many members as possible the opportunity to exercise, and enjoy classes and personal training sessions, we will operate the House gym with time slots.

In between each time slot, our housekeeping team will clean and disinfect the changing facilities and the entire House gym area. Sanitising products will be available throughout the gym and in both studios.
The pool area will operate with time slots in order to accommodate as many members. Social-distancing guidelines will be in place for use of the swimming pool.
The cinema will be open for a limited amount of screenings each week. Please visit the SH.APP to book.
The spa is open for services and to purchase products from Thursday to Sunday from 1pm to 9pm.

Cecconi’s will be opening soon.

To ensure we can accommodate as many members as possible, we will be temporarily implementing time slots for the club and sunloungers on the beach. These can be booked via the SH.APP.

Operating hours for the House will be updated regularly on the SH.APP, including any specific notes for weekends at the beach.

The use of laptops will be limited to designated areas in line with the relaxed atmosphere of the House.
Our House shuttle runs between Little Beach House and the city House. The schedule and operating hours are available on the SH.APP and at our club reception desks.
