Ludlow House

While we're excited to open our doors, we know that your time at the club will feel a bit different. In order to maintain our operation and continue to open additional spaces and accommodate members, your cooperation is paramount. We are counting on you to abide by mask guidelines and social distancing requirements as we aim to provide the safest House possible.

Keeping you safe

To keep everyone safe and healthy, our team members will be wearing masks. We kindly ask all members and guests to wear a mask while at the House except when eating or drinking.
Additionally, we have actioned increased disinfection and cleaning of all high-contact surfaces, including tables, bars and door handles.
If you or your guest are feeling unwell, please do not visit the House.
We have rearranged areas at the House to ensure there is increased spacing for you, and facilitated one-way traffic wherever possible.
Our menus are available digitally to limit physical contact between members and our team.
We want to accommodate as many members as is safe, therefore you will be limited to the area in which you are seated. Please abide by the departure times outlined in your reservation.

Per the governor's orders, you should self-quarantine for 14 days if traveling to New York internationally or from any noncontiguous state or territory.

We will not allow entry to any member or guest who has traveled internationally or to any noncontiguous state or territory in the past 14 days unless they have tested out of the mandatory 14-day quarantine.

Smoking is not permitted at the House.
Someone will take your temperature at reception upon arrival. If your temperature is above 100.3 degrees, you will not be allowed to enter the House.
On arrival, we ask you to use hand sanitizer provided by us, which is also available throughout the House.

Member check in and guests

The club is available on a first come, first served basis seven days a week.

You are welcome to bring one guest to our indoor club spaces. For guest list extensions, please email membership.ludlow@sohohouse.com.

It’s important that we know who is spending time at our Houses, so we will be collecting contact details of any guests arriving at the club. You will need to register your guests directly through the House Guest function in the SH.APP.

All underage guests ages 1 to 20 are allowed in the House until 6pm as a member's guest allowance.

The Living Room and Garden are open to co-working on a first come, first served basis. In line with local guidance, there is no food and beverage service indoors.

Lou’s is open to co-working on a first come, first served basis. In line with local guidance, there is no food and beverage service indoors.

Velvet Room is open to co-working on a first come, first served basis. In line with local guidance, there is no food and beverage service indoors.

The open air Fourth Floor is open for food and beverage service on a first come, first served basis.

The Dark Room will remain closed at this time.

Laptop policies

All three New York Houses will accommodate members indoors by providing space to work, with laptops permitted in all areas where we are not serving food and drink.

Credits

You can use your credits at the House for food and beverage or bedroom bookings.  Please present your physical membership card for the smoothest redemption process. Please be sure to activate your credits and accept the terms and conditions ahead of your visit.
