To ensure the safety and well-being of both our members and teams, we are implementing all the appropriate health and safety measures in line with government regulations.

Los Angeles County vaccine mandate

To ensure our members and staff are kept safe, we’re adapting to the latest government mandate on vaccine status and want to give you clear guidance on what to expect when you visit our West Coast Houses and restaurants. These guidelines apply to all of our team members, as well as our members and guests.
 
From Thursday, November 4 all members and guests over the age of 12 must present a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. Full vaccination is defined as two weeks after completing the entire recommended series of an authorized vaccine

Examples of documentation include:

  • CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card (white card)
  • World Health Organization (WHO) Vaccine Record Card (yellow card)
  • Documentation of vaccination from the healthcare provider or entity that provided the COVID-19 vaccines
  • California Immunization Registry (CAIR2) Vaccination Record
  • California Department of Public Health (CDPH)
  • An approved company e.g. Healthvana, Carbon Health, CommonPass, CLEAR Health Pass, VaxYes

 
You can request for your vaccine status to be added to your member profile at the House, so that you don’t need to provide proof on subsequent visits. 

 

Keeping you safe

Masks have to be worn by all members and guests, regardless of vaccination status.
Additionally, we have actioned increased disinfection and cleaning of all high-contact surfaces, including tables, bars and door handles.
If you or your guest are feeling unwell, please do not visit the House until you are feeling better.
On arrival, we ask you to use hand sanitizer provided by us, which is also available throughout the House.
Please note that all Houses are cashless.

Valet will be available at all of our Houses and Cecconi's.

Member check in and guests

It’s important that we know who is spending time in our Houses, so we will be collecting contact details of any guests arriving at the club. You must register your guests ahead of arrival directly through the House Guest function in the SH.APP.

Children are welcome until 8pm in our Houses in the company of an adult member.

Laptop policies

Members can use laptops in the Sitting room and the lower terrace of the Garden until 11:30am.
Members can also use laptops on the outside Terrace, in the Sitting Room Library and the communal table under the stairs until 6pm.

Members can use laptops on the 2nd Floor and certain areas of  the 1st floor until 6pm. 
Laptops are not permitted on the Terrace or in the Dining Room.

Laptops can be used in the Sitting Room, Drawing Room, Terrace and at indoor tables on the rooftop until 6pm.

Cecconi's

Monday-Thursday: 5pm to 11pm
Friday- Sunday: 11:30am to 11pm

Soho House West Hollywood

The Sitting Room and Terrace are open at full capacity

The Garden is open to members and their guests

Hours are as follows:

Wednesday – Friday: 7am – 12am
Saturday: 9am – 12am
Sunday: 9am – 10pm

The kitchen is closed daily between 3 and 4pm.

We are open at 100% capacity.

Maya is open for dinner:
Tuesday and Wednesday: 5pm to 10pm
Thursday to Saturday: 5pm to 11pm

Indoor club space and the Dining Room are open at 100% capacity from 9am to 10pm. Reservations are recommended. We are happy to welcome every Warehouse member to the gym.
