California dreaming: Spend a night (or three) with us in LA

The fashion, the nightlife, the fresh California sunshine – what more could you want? We’re almost halfway through our 60 Days of Summer, meaning your time to book that last-minute sunshine escape to LA is running out. With bedrooms at both Holloway House in West Hollywood and Soho Warehouse in Downtown LA, we have a little something for everyone – take your pick.
 
Holloway House
For the design lovers, Holloway House features bedrooms inspired by the 1960s, with aged wooden floors and locally designed, woven tapestries. Not to mention, West Hollywood is the perfect home base to hit our favourite cult shops or search for vintage furniture at the Melrose Trading Post.
 
Located on Holloway Drive, just down the road from Soho House West Hollywood – our original Los Angeles location – Holloway House features 34 bedrooms with rooftop views of the Hollywood Hills from one side and Downtown LA from the other.

Here’s everything you need to know about Holloway House: 

Bedrooms 
Bringing Soho House bedrooms to West Hollywood for the first time, they are available in five types: Cosy, Small, Medium, Big, and Big Accessible. Each one features furniture inspired by the 1960s, aged wooden floors, and woven tapestries made with fabric designed in Southern California especially for the House. Some bedrooms have sliding glass and wooden doors that separate the room from the bathroom.

Rooftop 
Soho House Holloway’s rooftop features daybeds and lounge seating, with views of the Hollywood Hills and Downtown LA. For summer, we introduced modern Mexicali small plates, such as Tacos and Elote Dip, offering the perfect light bites along with refreshing drinks.

Sitting Room
The Sitting Room features 1960s-inspired, mint terrazzo flooring, dark wood panelling and unique furniture pieces, with large doorways that connect the inside with the Courtyard and Club Bar.

Atrium and Club Bar
An extension of the Sitting Room, the light-filled Atrium and its greenery offer a true indoor/ outdoor experience, with the Club Bar at the heart of it serving our House Tonics and other menu favourites. Tabletop seating is available throughout this space.

The Dining Room
The Dining Room kitchen brings together Californian and Latin flavours that highlight local ingredients. Many of our main courses are designed to be shared and enjoyed family style, such as the Tortilla, alongside Adobo-Rubbed Sea Bass or the New York Strip. We also offer some of our best-selling House Favourites found across our 41 Houses around the world.

Art collection 
The Holloway House art collection is made up of up-and-coming artists, all of whom were born, are based, or were trained in LA.

Soho Warehouse
Can’t get enough of the quick pace of London or New York’s action, but craving some sun? Downtown LA is for you. Everything you love about a major city – with better weather.
 
Set in the Arts District of Downtown LA, the club spans seven floors of Art Deco design, paying homage to the building’s industrial roots. With 48 bedrooms, a gym spread over two floors and a rooftop pool with views of the whole city, Soho Warehouse is the perfect place for a West Coast getaway this summer.

Bedrooms 
Featuring 1970s-style furniture to pay homage to the building’s time as a recording studio, there are five styles of rooms: Cosy, Small, Medium, Big and Large – each with unique designs. The bedrooms include commissions by David Horvitz, Badass Cross Stitch or Anna Carey.

Rooftop, pool and bar
The Soho Warehouse rooftop features a pool with city views and sunbeds, an outdoor lounge, and an indoor section. Spend all day soaking up the rays, then sip your Soho Sunset as the space transforms into the ideal wind-down spot, before evolving into a night-time hub for DJ sets, Night Swims and parties. 

Gym
With mindful meditation and yoga, high-intensity boxing and more, our new programming covers all bases. Spread over two floors, the gym has an equipment and studio space for working out and winding down, with everything you need to sweat it out or recentre. You’ll find a stretch area, functional turf training, a steam room, and saunas. 

The Garden and Tavern
The Garden and Tavern is our brand-new space for co-working, smoothies and lunch, and our favourite food moments. By day, it’s the perfect place to knock out some emails or grab a healthy meal after the gym. By night, the Garden is home to our hero food and drink experiences, such as One Night Only, our global series where renowned local chefs are invited to take over our kitchens and create a one-off menu for guests. Expect member markets and events, too.

Art collection 
The Soho Warehouse art collection comprises more than 150 pieces, including five site-specific installations that delve into themes of the body and language. The bedrooms each include commissions by David Horvitz, Badass Cross Stitch or Anna Carey.
