As part of Soho Health Club’s mission to create an all-encompassing wellness experience, racquet sports sit within our fitness offering and are designed to help members prioritise movement.
 
Comprising tennis, padel, and pickleball, our courts are home to a selection of racquet sports for social and competitive players. These dynamic sports support sociable movement, building a community around the activity that encourages consistency.

Whether you’re picking up a racquet for the first time or refining your technique, a detailed consultation with one of our experienced tennis coaches can help you meet your goals. Designed to cater to every experience level, your coach will create a personalised programme focused on movement, power, precision and endurance to help you get match ready. Build consistency, sharpen strategy, and enjoy a new way to connect on the court.

Padel
Blending tennis and squash, padel is a fast-paced and sociable racquet game. Get match ready and build your confidence with one-to-one coaching. These private sessions offer tailored, consistent work on movement, shot selection, and positioning for both players who are new to the game and those looking to sharpen their competitive edge. Soho Health Club padel socials at Soho Farmhouse and Soho House Mexico City allow members to build a community around the sport and join the growing padel collective that operates globally.

Pickleball
Shake up your court fitness with the dynamic, high-energy buzz of pickleball. Combining elements of tennis, badminton, and padel, pickleball is a fun, full-body workout enjoyed by members for its quick-fire games. Simple to learn, pickleball is suited to first-timers, casual racquet enthusiasts, and experienced players alike. Challenge friends or fellow members to a friendly game for an exhilarating workout that builds agility, coordination, and endurance.
