Fitness classes
Soho Health Clubs around the world offer a range of classes focused on one of three principles: Restore, Form, or Power. Restore classes feature practices like meditation and yoga, which aim to enhance mental clarity. If your goal is to increase core strength and flexibility, our Form classes focus on intentional, low-impact movements to help you feel stronger. For a whole-body challenge, choose one of our Power sessions, which are designed to boost cardio endurance and strength.
We also offer a range of instructor-led Pilates classes inspired by both the classical and contemporary approach to the practice, a selection of local classes that are unique to specific Houses, plus residencies with leading brands.
Restore

Power Yoga

Form
A series of movement-based classes designed to enhance flexibility, strengthen the core, and aid physical recovery through intentional, low-impact movements, helping you feel stronger and more grounded.

Barre Sculpt
This dynamic workout combines strength, flexibility, and cardio, focusing on controlled movements to tone muscles, improve posture, and increase endurance.

Mat Pilates
A low-impact class that uses precise, mindful movements to target deep muscles, promote balance, enhance flexibility, focus on building core strength, and improve posture.
