Soho Friends is a travel and lifestyle program that sits within Soho House & Co.
Soho Friends allows you to stay in all Soho House bedrooms around the globe. During your stay you can explore our rooftop pools, dining options and gyms, plus enjoy 15% off the room rate, 12pm checkouts, as well as upgrades on stays of three nights or more (subject to availability upon arrival). Soho Friends are only able to access the Houses when staying in a bedroom.
 
With Soho Friends you get 15% off full-priced products and an additional 20% off discounted products at Soho Home. You’ll also receive complimentary shipping on small items and discounted rates on all other shipping.
 
When staying at one of our partner hotels, The LINE, The Ned and The Saguaro, you’ll get 15% off bedroom bookings.

To access the Houses you must be staying in a bedroom.  

You can purchase our interiors collection online at sohohome.com or visit us in store at Westbourne Grove Studio, London; Kings Road Studio, London; Melrose Avenue Studio, Los Angeles and Dumbo Studio, Brooklyn New York.
Log in with your email address and password that you set up when registering for Soho Friends and your Soho Friends discount will automatically be applied.
Click on the registration button. You will be taken to the Soho Friends registration form. Input the details requested. When asked for location you must select ‘United States’ or ‘Mexico’. When you input your eligible, enrolled Mastercard consumer credit or small business credit card details, the fee will change to $0, and you will not be charged.  

This offer is only available for select Mastercard consumer credit or small business credit cardholders with US or Mexico issued cards. If you select another country at registration, you will be charged the full Soho Friends fee. 
You can still benefit from this offer by selecting ‘United States’ or ‘Mexico’ in the location drop down.  
 
If you select another country, you will be charged the full Soho Friends fee. 
This offer is only applicable to the named cardholder of the eligible, enrolled US or Mexico issued Mastercard consumer or small business credit card.
Soho Friends account will be active for 12 months from registration.
Your Soho Friends account will not automatically renew at the end of the complimentary 12 months. Instead, four weeks prior to your renewal date, you will be notified that your account is up for renewal. If your renewal date is within the benefit period, then you are eligible to receive an additional complimentary 12 months, so long as you input your eligible, enrolled Mastercard consumer or small business credit card as the payment method.
 
If your renewal date is outside of the benefit period, then you will be given the choice to either: 
 
a) Do nothing and your account will expire, or 
b) Insert a payment card which will be charged with the Soho Friends fee for another year.  
You will see immediate confirmation that your registration has been received which will be followed by a welcome email.
If you are already registered for Soho Friends, contact membership@sohohouse.com. You will be sent a link to update your payment details with your eligible, enrolled US or Mexico issued Mastercard consumer credit card or small business credit card and, provided your yearly renewal occurs prior to the end of the offer period, you will receive the following year courtesy of Mastercard. 
In the registration form you will be asked to enter your eligible, enrolled US or Mexico issued Mastercard consumer or small business credit card number. When you save the card, the fee will show as $0. You will then be asked to submit the form. Upon submission a pop up will appear to confirm registration.
If you have opted into marketing communications from your issuing bank, you should have received a communication regarding your eligibility for the Soho Friends benefit. If you have not received such communication and have questions, you can also contact the Mastercard Assistance Center toll-free at 1-800-627-8372.
When you input your eligible card details into the Soho Friends registration form, the fee will show as zero at checkout.
If you use a non-eligible payment card, you will see the full Soho Friends fee at checkout and will be charged the full Soho Friends fee if you submit the transaction.

Terms and conditions

Offer must be redeemed on or prior to October 31, 2025 at 21.00GMT, subject to early termination. Holders of an eligible, enrolled US-issued Mastercard consumer or small business credit card are eligible to receive a complimentary 12-month Soho Friends account when the account is either activated for the first time or renewed with an eligible card during the offer period. Please contact your issuing bank to confirm whether your Mastercard consumer or small business credit card is enrolled in this offer. To redeem this offer, visit www.sohohouse.com/soho-friends-mastercard and click the ‘Join Now’ link. On the “Get started” screen, either sign in or create an email account. On the next screen, complete your details. You must select “United States” as your country to redeem the offer. (If you select a country other than the United States, you will not receive the offer.) On the payment information screen, you must enter your eligible, enrolled US-issued Mastercard consumer or small business credit card and press “Save” to save your eligible Mastercard details. The total to be paid will be updated to $0 if you have saved an eligible Mastercard as your payment card. Finally, click 'Join Soho Friends'.
 
Mobile wallet purchases are excluded from offer eligibility. Offer is available to new and existing Soho Friends who use an eligible, enrolled Mastercard consumer or small business credit card to sign up for or renew an annual Soho Friends account during the offer period. Existing Soho Friends with an eligible, enrolled US-issued consumer or small business card must email membership@sohohouse.com to have their current Soho Friends extended by a year upon their renewal date. This offer applies to the Soho Friends annual fee only. All other purchases made using a Soho Friends account are the cardholder’s responsibility. This offer is available in the United States and Mexico only. Other regions including United Kingdom, Europe, Latin America, and Asia are excluded. Soho House reserves the right to cancel, change, or suspend this offer at any time without notice. By redeeming this offer, you agree to the Soho Friends terms. 
 
Please note that Soho Friends do not receive day to day access to Soho House properties and must book an overnight guest room to receive access to a property. All bookings are subject to availability and the Soho House terms and conditions. To make Soho House a safe and welcoming place, we ask all our members, their guests and our teams to follow our standards of behavior. Your Soho Friends account will not automatically renew at the end of the complimentary 12 months. You will receive notification to the email address you have on file with Soho House that your Soho Friends account is up for renewal. If your renewal date is within the offer period, you will be required to add your eligible, enrolled Mastercard consumer or small business credit card to renew your Soho Friends account for another complimentary year. If your renewal date is outside the offer period, you will be given the choice to either do nothing and your account will expire or insert a payment card which will be charged with the Soho Friends fee. You may cancel your Soho Friends account at any time by emailing membership@sohohouse.com.
 
By redeeming this offer, you acknowledge that you are entering into an agreement between you and Soho House and by agreeing to the terms thereof, you acknowledge and agree that neither Mastercard nor any Mastercard issuer has any involvement in or responsibility for the products and services provided or made available by Soho House. You further agree to hold Mastercard and any Mastercard issuer harmless from any claim, loss, damage, or cost incurred arising from use of the products or services provided or made available by Soho House.
