Soho Friends is a travel and lifestyle program by Soho House that allows you to stay in Soho House bedrooms around the globe. During your stay you can explore our rooftop pools, dining options, and gyms, plus enjoy 15% off the room rate, 12pm checkouts, and upgrades on stays of three nights or more (subject to availability upon arrival). Soho Friends are only able to access the Houses when staying in a bedroom. 
In addition, enjoy preferred rates on all food and beverage at Soho House public restaurants for you and up to three guests after 4pm on a Sunday to closing on a Wednesday.

Eligible Mastercard cardholders will receive a complimentary Soho Friends account. Additionally, cardholders may also receive one of the below added benefits, dependent on the type of Mastercard they hold:

Consumer Benefit: As an eligible Mastercard credit cardholder, you will also receive $100 towards a stay at one of our Soho Houses annually (excluding Soho House Istanbul and Soho Beach House Canouan), redeemable when checking out at the end of your stay.

Small Business Benefit: As an eligible Mastercard small business credit cardholder, you will also receive two complimentary day passes annually to any of our Soho Works locations in New York, Los Angeles, and London. Soho Works is a network of serviced offices created for individuals or teams from all industries, designed in the style of our Houses with the functionality of a workspace.

At check-in, you’ll be required to present valid photographic proof of identity (driver’s license or passport), plus the debit or credit card used to make your booking.

Eligible Mastercard credit cardholders will receive $100 towards any stay at one of the following Soho Houses. 

The Americas: Soho Beach House Miami, Soho House Austin, Soho House Chicago, Soho House Holloway, Soho House Nashville, Soho House New York, Soho Warehouse, Soho House Mexico City, Soho House São Paulo.

UK: Babington House, Dean Street Townhouse, High Road House, Kettner’s, Redchurch Townhouse, Shoreditch House, Soho Farmhouse, White City House.

Europe: Little Beach House Barcelona, Soho House Amsterdam, Soho House Barcelona, Soho House Berlin, Soho House Paris, Soho House Rome, Soho House Tel Aviv, Jaffa, Soho Roc House.

Asia: Soho House Mumbai.

You will receive an email with your $100 benefit shortly after completing your Soho Friends registration. Download your benefit to your Apple or Google Wallet and present this to the reception team during checkout at the end of your stay. The team will then deduct $100 from your total bill.

You have a year to redeem your $100 benefit from the date it’s activated. Once the year lapses, your $100 benefit will expire and can no longer be redeemed. If you renew your account for an additional year, you will receive another $100 benefit. 

You will have one year to redeem your two Soho Works day passes once you’ve received them. Once the year lapses, passes will expire and can no longer be redeemed. If you renew your account for an additional year, you will receive another two passes.

Benefit must be redeemed on or prior to December 31, 2027 at 4:00 PM EST, subject to early termination. Cardholders of an eligible Mastercard credit card or small business credit card are eligible to receive a complimentary annual Soho Friends account when the account is either activated for the first time or renewed with an eligible card during the benefit period.  To redeem this benefit, visit the Soho Friends & Mastercard landing page here and click the 'Join Now' link. On the “Get started” screen, either sign in or create an email account. On the next screen, complete your details. Select your country of card issuance when selecting your country within the registration process. On the payment information screen, you must enter your eligible Mastercard credit card or small business credit card and press 'Save' to verify your eligible Mastercard details. The total to be paid will be updated to $0 if you have saved an eligible Mastercard as your payment card. Finally, click 'Join Soho Friends'. Please contact your issuing bank to confirm whether your Mastercard credit card or small business credit card is enrolled in this benefit.
 
Mobile wallet purchases are excluded from benefit eligibility. Benefit is available to new and existing Soho Friends who use an eligible, enrolled Mastercard credit card or small business credit card to sign up for or renew an annual Soho Friends account during the benefit period. Existing Soho Friends with an eligible, enrolled Mastercard credit card or small business card must email membership@sohohouse.com to have their current Soho Friends extended by a year upon their renewal date. This benefit applies to the Soho Friends annual fee only. All other purchases made using a Soho Friends account are the cardholder’s responsibility.  Cardholders in the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia regions are excluded. Consumer Benefit: As a Mastercard credit cardholder, your $100 bedroom benefit can only be redeemed against bedroom stays. It can be redeemed at the following locations: Soho Beach House Miami, Soho House Austin, Soho House Chicago, Soho House Holloway, Soho House Nashville, Soho House New York, Soho Warehouse, Soho House Mexico City, Soho House São Paulo, Babington House, Dean Street Townhouse, High Road House, Kettner’s, Redchurch Townhouse, Shoreditch House, Soho Farmhouse, White City House, Little Beach House Barcelona, Soho House Amsterdam, Soho House Barcelona, Soho House Berlin, Soho House Paris, Soho House Rome, Soho House Tel Aviv, Jaffa, Soho Roc House and Soho House Mumbai. It cannot be redeemed at Soho Beach House Canouan, Soho House Istanbul, Oakley Court Windsor, Scorpios Bodrum, The Ned (London, Nomad NY and Doha), Public House Hotel Bangkok, The Upper House Hong Kong, Sanders Hotel Copenhagen, Villa Dagmar Stockholm, The Line (Austin, San Francisco, LA and DC) and Saguaro Palm Springs. Your $100 benefit will be applied upon checkout at the end of your stay, and will be applied to the room rate before tax. If your stay costs more than $100, the outstanding balance must be paid using an alternative method. This $100 benefit is valid for 1 year from the date your Soho Friends account has been activated, and must be redeemed with an eligible Soho Friends account. Small Business Benefit: As a Mastercard small business credit cardholder, your two Soho Works day passes can only be redeemed at the following Soho Works locations: 10 Jay, 55 Water, 875 Washington, 9000 Sunset, 180 Strand, White City, Dean Street and Shoreditch. Each day pass gives you access to the following: all-day access at your chosen location, Wi-Fi up to 110 mbps, wireless connectivity, conferencing and Zoom rooms, complimentary breakfast, tea, coffee and assorted snacks, private phone booth access, printing and shredding services, podcast and recording equipment, and preferred rates on bookable meeting rooms. Day passes are valid for 1 year from the date your Soho Friends account has been activated and must be redeemed with an eligible Soho Friends account. Each pass can only be redeemed once and by the registered Soho Friends account holder. Day passes can be redeemed by presenting your pass to the reception team at a participating Soho Works location when you check in. By redeeming this benefit, you agree to the Soho Works terms and conditions here.

Please note that Soho Friends must book an overnight guest room to receive access to a Soho House property. All bookings are subject to availability and the Soho House terms and conditions. Your Soho Friends account will not automatically renew at the end of the complimentary 12 months. You will receive an email 30 days prior to your renewal date notifying you that your Soho Friends account will be up for renewal. You will be required to input your eligible, enrolled Mastercard consumer or small business credit card, to verify if you’re eligible to receive an additional complimentary 12 months with Soho Friends. If you are eligible, you will receive an email 14 days prior to your renewal date confirming your additional complimentary 12 months with Soho Friends. If not, you will be given the option to continue your Soho Friends account by paying the regular annual fee of USD 130. You may cancel your Soho Friends account at any time by emailing membership@sohohouse.com.
