History
Le Vallauris is located inside one of the only remaining buildings from the Desert Inn – the historic hotel credited with establishing Palm Springs as a desert resort in the early 20th century. Formerly the home of George Roberson Jr, the building was redeveloped and opened as a restaurant in the 1970s
