The Nap Ministry Black Healing Music
Nap Ministry is an Atlanta-based organisation that believes in the power of rest. Their founder Tricia Hersey is a performance artist and activist who uses sound as a portal for healing and an opportunity to recapture our Dream Space. "From classic gospel to tender Black soul music to experimental jazz, the inspiration for this playlist came from a deep place of spirituality and our connection to the divine," says Hersey. "Our bodies are a site of liberation and a sacred place worthy of silence, rest and care. May you imagine, pause and heal."

This playlist is a balm for the weary and exhausted souls. A resting place to unravel from the lies of grind culture
