Chef’s Table Holloway House

Holloway House members joined executive Chefs Jose Dozal and Shauna Woodworth for a very special nine-course tasting menu. Members loved meeting the chefs and hearing about the vision behind their custom menu. Guest favorites included Chef Jose’s Maine lobster with parsnip purée and his Bloody Mary oysters. Chef Shauna wowed everyone with divorced eggplant, her vegan take on huevos divorciados. Chef Danny Machado prepared salmon sashimi and crab cakes, and chef Ángel Balderas gave us a special of spicy roasted carrots with a garlic lime creama and cilantro chimmichurri. Chefs Jose and Shauna topped off the menu with a joint dessert of honey-drizzled puff pastry over labhne, tahini, and roasted stone fruit.
