Your first day starts in the afternoon after you have settled into your beachside bedroom. All members will then come together in the main club space and set intentions for the three days, led by nutritional coach, Vanessa Losada.
Day two begins on the rooftop with an hour of R.E.M training with sports and personal growth coach, Magalí Dalix; this innovative exercise combines breathing, meditation and a physical workout to align your mind and body. Afterwards, enjoy a nourishing breakfast in the club, before a cooking masterclass hosted by Losada and Little Beach House Barcelona Head Chef, Antonio Parisi, who will discuss how food can be used for relieving stress. Under the guidance of the pair, they will show you how to make an appetiser, followed by a Mediterranean-inspired lunch outside.
Later, Manuel Ibarzabal, certified sommelier from leading fine wine and spirits specialist Escolà Vins i Destil·lats, will host an organic wine tasting, exploring the health benefits of natural wines and how this winemaking process promotes a more mindful approach to drinking. Rounding out the day is a dinner in the kitchen followed by a pre-bedtime meditation.
Your final morning kicks off with an invigorating hike through the scenic Parc del Garraf. Wellness coach Alesha Carmela will guide the excursion, then you’ll head back to the club for a well-earned breakfast, along with a discussion on key mindfulness, physical wellbeing principles and ways to incorporate them into your daily life. Armed with new learnings, you will enjoy a farewell seafood lunch on the rooftop, before heading off feeling restored, relaxed and rebalanced.
The price of each retreat per bedroom, including full board and all activities, starts from €1,400 (two people) and €1,200 (one person).
