Located in the basement of London’s 180 House, our new Soho Health Club has arrived – and is now open to local members of 180 House. With it comes our most advanced training and wellness space yet, designed to encourage performance, as well as recovery and wellbeing.

The gym opens into a spacious stretch and recovery area that’s fully equipped with IVs, Theraguns, compression boots, mats, Bosu balls, resistance bands, and foam rollers. From there, members will find the main training space, offering state-of-the-art TechnoGym cardio and resistance machines, as well as Olympic lifting platforms, boxing bags, and a spacious free weights area. Every House members from the rest of our Houses in London will receive an email with details on when they will be able to visit.

We’re introducing a new range of daily classes to members, which will take place in the gym’s fitness studio – found through an original vault door preserved from the building’s former safe – complete with floor-to-ceiling mirrored panelling and ballet barres. The schedule of more than 30 classes includes something to suit everyone, ranging from breathwork and vinyasa yoga – designed to reduce stress and enhance mental clarity – to high-intensity options like Floor 4 and BodyMax, which focus on building muscle and boosting cardiovascular endurance.

180 Health Club also features the first classical Pilates studio at Soho House, with classes specially curated by Nathalie Clough from LifeBody Studios. This elevated practice uses classical apparatus, including Wunda Chairs (originally designed by Joseph Pilates himself), towers and barrels. Featuring spring resistance, this unique full-body workout focuses on controlled and precise movements that stretch and strengthen muscles, build balance, sculpt the body, and improve flexibility. The programme also includes mat Pilates, which members can find at all of our gyms – a low-impact class focused on building core strength, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility.

The space isn’t just for working hard; it’s also for dedicating time to recharge. Through the changing rooms – which include four gender-neutral and four accessible spaces – members will find two recovery zones. These spaces feature infrared saunas to help aid muscle recovery, and joint and heart health; Verde Luana marble steam rooms, which can boost relaxation and improve circulation; and two ice baths – known to reduce inflammation, improve immunity and help with stress relief. In the Health Club’s practice room, we’ll also be hosting a rotation of wellness-focused residencies.

There’s also a marble-top smoothie bar, serving an all-new menu of signature smoothies named after our Houses that are packed with health-boosting ingredients. Plus, tea and coffee, cold-pressed juices and Fresh Fitness Food meals to be taken home.
