The Late Checkout party at São Paulo’s Martinelli Building
Ahead of the upcoming opening of our first House in Brazil, our members gathered on the rooftop of the city’s first skyscraper

In the coming months, the doors to Soho House São Paulo will open to the city’s creative community. Our first House in South America and the second in Latin America (Soho House Mexico City opened in late 2023), members can expect 32 bedrooms, a gym and spa, a rooftop pool bar, plus restaurants and club spaces to relax and socialise in.
To celebrate the upcoming opening, we invited more than 400 members and guests to come together for the Late Checkout party at the Martinelli Building, which turns 100 this year. A historic landmark in São Paulo, it was the city’s first skyscraper, and for many years the tallest building in Latin America.
Heading to the rooftop, guests enjoyed 360° views of the city. With a drinks menu featuring Biarritz, Don Julio, Heineken and Johnnie Walker, and a soundtrack provided by Brazilian DJs Martha Pinel, Gui Scott and the Deekapz duo, the party marked the beginning of an exciting time for Soho House in São Paulo.
