January is typically a time to focus on all things wellness, but we know for many of our members that’s a year-round pursuit. And with an expanded offering of non-alcoholic drinks in our Houses, we’ve made reaching your health and wellness goals a little bit easier, this month and beyond. Around the world, each of the Houses has a different menu, with drinks produced locally and unique cocktails created by our bar teams. But every drink has been chosen with the same intention: to offer members more choice and ensure that everyone feels welcome in our clubs, whether they’re doing Dry January, always opt for non-alcoholic options, or simply want a drink with some wellness-boosting benefits.
In the UK, we’ve introduced g.Lift, a sweet and tangy sparkling drink from Gillian Anderson’s g.Spot range, which features naturally energy-boosting ingredients like maca and cordyceps. There’s also Marna Lemon Iced Tea, made with a blend of Darjeeling and Assam teas that’s cold brewed for 24 hours and has no added sugar, plus Cadence Electrolyte Drink, which helps to boost energy and maintain healthy hydration levels through a combination of sodium, potassium and magnesium.
For members looking for a more relaxing option, JAGA Watermelon is a nootropics drink designed to calm the mind and improve mood, thanks to adaptogens like reishi and cordyceps mushrooms, as well stress-relieving ashwagandha. Or, there’s TRIP’s Mindful Blend, a blood orange and rosemary flavoured drink that contains 120mg of magnesium to boost relaxation, as well as calming ingredients like lion’s mane extract, ashwagandha and L-theanine. The UK menu also includes TRIP’s CBD drinks, in elderflower and mint or peach and ginger.
Also new to the UK’s wine list is NOOH’s non-alcoholic sparkling wine, which is made on the same estate as Soho House’s Lady A rosé. With both a rosé and white wine on offer, NOOH is available to order by the glass or the bottle. We’re also excited to introduce the 0% Kingston Golden Pils from BERO, founded by actor Tom Holland to the menu, alongside 0% Guinness.

Across the US Houses, there are wellness-boosting functional drinks that include De Soi Purple Lune, with relaxing adaptogens like L-theanine; Recess Mood, a sparkling water infused with magnesium and adaptogens to help members unwind; and Aplós Ume Spritz, with notes of grapefruit and white tea, infused with 20mg of broad-spectrum hemp for a naturally calming and uplifting effect. The menu also offers the Press Juice ginger shot, a fiery and revitalising mix of ginger, lemon and cayenne to help awaken the senses and promote overall health.
Globally, members will also find locally crafted 0% cocktails. In the UK Houses, try the Energising P/Loma, a zesty and complex non-alcoholic take on a classic Paloma made with Three Spirit Livener Elixir, which creates a naturally invigorated feeling thanks to guayusa, guava leaf and schisandra. At Soho House New York, the SFW is particularly popular with members, thanks to its mix of Pentire Coastal Spritz, passion fruit, jalapeno and lime.
In Rome, a menu highlight is the Biondo Tevere made with Pentire Adrift, a botanical non-alcoholic spirit, alongside pineapple, agave, lime and chilli. At Soho House Stockholm, try the Pentire Soho Mule, a 0% take on the Soho House classic, with lime, ginger and soda; or at Soho House Copenhagen, sample the Coastal Spritz, which blends Pentire Coastal with grapefruit and tonic.
