On Wednesday, Mexico City’s most talked-about chef, Enrique Olvera, and the bar team from his world-renowned restaurant, Ticuchi, recreated one of its legendary party nights in the Library at DUMBO House.

With a focus on premium distillates with an unmatched quality, beverage director Javier Gomez draws on local Mexican flavours that seek to hero – not hide – the tequila or spirit. At this special Tropicuchi edition, members sipped Gomez’s Jugo Verde, which pairs green cardamon-infused vodka with yuzu, along with a special take on Ticuchi’s Mezcal Margarita – all while vibing to sounds by DJ Rayo.
