Anyone who has ever visited a Soho House will know that we take our cocktails very seriously. While we’ll never turn down a fiery Picante or a refreshing Eastern Standard, there are some new drinks hitting our Houses this summer that are well worth your attention.
Created by our talented mixologists, every recipe has taken inspiration from its local House. So, whether you’re spending the summer at your home base or jetting off to one of our locations around the world, enjoy it with one of these new cocktails in hand.
Soho House Bangkok: Pandan Colada
The Pandan Colada is a new twist on an old classic, the beloved Piña Colada, elevated with local ingredients. Using a blend of condensed coconut milk and coconut water, this refreshing drink is served tall and over ice. It takes inspiration from a Thai dessert called Khanom Khrok, Thai pancakes made with coconut milk. Best served poolside.
60ml pandan rum
20ml condensed coconut milk
30ml coconut water
60ml fresh pineapple juice
15ml fresh lime juice
In a blender, mix all the ingredients together without ice. Pour into a tall glass over crushed ice and garnish with a fresh pandan leaf.
Soho House Berlin: Pampelle Spritz
Your new favourite spritz has arrived. Made with a blend of organic grapefruit, yuzu and citrus peel, Pampelle is a bittersweet grapefruit aperitif that’s surprisingly versatile. Mixed with Prosecco and soda, this spritz pairs perfectly with long sunny afternoons spent on one of our rooftops.
50ml Pampelle aperitif
25ml soda water
Pour the Pampelle into a wine glass filled with ice cubes. Add Prosecco, then finish with soda, and add more cubed ice up to the top. Give the drink a quick stir to mix all of the ingredients together and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
All UK Houses with a poolside: Rosé Sangria
A lighter take on the red wine original, our Rosé Sangria is set to be the drink of the summer. Spiked with a fruity nectarine aperitif and satisfyingly bitter orange flavours, this refreshing drink might give your usual Lady A order a run for its money.
25ml nectarine aperitif
10ml Grand Marnier
50ml Double Dutch Pomegranate & Basil Mixer
Summer fruits for garnish
Pour the rosé, nectarine aperitif and Grand Marnier into a wine glass over ice, and stir gently. Top with the mixer, plus fresh summer fruits to garnish.
