Hot highlights from our summer menu refresh

There will always be a place in our hearts for a Picante (or two) – but as temperatures rise, so does our thirst for something fresh and new. So, this summer, we’ve introduced a few limited-edition snacks and tipples to our tried and tested House favourites.

First up on the menu, an export from our new Soho Farmhouse Ibiza menu: Rosé Spritz. Just when you thought everyone’s favourite summer wine couldn’t get any better, we’ve added in a dash of St-Germain liqueur and aperitivo rosa with a splash of Prosecco and soda for a refreshing thirst quencher that’s ideal for long, lazy summer evenings. This signature Balearic beverage is now available in all our Houses globally, along with our new Spicy Mango sundowner. Sweet, sharp and fruity in equal measures, it balances a generous hit of Johnnie Walker Black Label with mango, pineapple, ginger, and lime – plus green jalapeno for a spicy kick.

In the US, by popular demand we’re also celebrating the ultimate power couple with our Burger and Martini pairing. Previously available only at Soho House West Hollywood and Soho House New York, a select few UK houses will now also get a taste of the action – head to Soho Mews House, 40 Greek Street and 76 Dean Street for your chance to sample them. Meanwhile, our limited-edition Melon Soft Serve – served with tajin and lime – is proving to be the perfect poolside companion on rooftops across the States.

Next up, the Colada Daisy (aka: sunshine in a glass). Developed by the Soho Farmhouse team as part of our global cocktail competition with Patrón, and available exclusively at our UK Houses, it balances Patrón Silver tequila with tepache – a traditional Mexican pineapple kombucha – cocoa, lime, and coconut, for a totally tropical taste, even when skies are grey.
