Members who use our health clubs will soon have a fresh incentive to work up a sweat, thanks to our new signature smoothie menu.

Developed by Cyril Francoise, Soho House’s Head of Bars,  the menu includes six drinks, each with a different health benefit, carefully curated to help you recover after training. With bright colours and the highest quality ingredients, from sea moss to blue spirulina and matcha, the selection includes five protein-based smoothies and a ultra-hydrating creatine water and can be ordered from the smoothie bars in our Health Clubs.

The smoothies are made using MARCHON whey or vegan protein powder, and pea or coconut milk. They can be enhanced with a range of add-ons to help you achieve your goal, including vegan kefir, electrolytes, creatine, and collagen peptides.

The Berlin

To help you… recover

This recovery-boosting smoothie is made with fresh avocado, a creamy source of healthy fats, potassium and fibre, alongside dates for prebiotics and a little natural sweetness. We use a mix of chocolate protein powder, cacao nibs and cacao powder for a satisfying chocolate flavour, alongside sunflower seed butter (a source of healthy fats and vitamin E) and sea salt (to help replenish electrolytes). The ingredients are blended together with unsweetened pea milk, which is high in vitamins A and D, iron, potassium, and calcium, and finished with a swirl of chocolate and coconut cream.

With a mix of strawberries, banana and blueberries, this antioxidant-filled smoothie boosts levels of vitamin C, K and B6, potassium and fibre. Sunflower butter is used for healthy fats, alongside chia seeds for fibre and magnesium, dates for prebiotics and sweetness, and kefir yoghurt to add protein and boost gut health. Its blended together with vanilla whey protein and coconut milk for healthy fats and electrolytes. Finally, the smoothie’s distinctive blue swirl comes from blue spirulina, which is charged with iron, magnesium, B vitamins and omegas 3 and 6.

To help you… regenerate

This recharging smoothie uses a vitamin and fibre-boosting mix of banana and celery, alongside frozen mango - to give it an extra thick and creamy texture - as well as matcha, which energises with naturally-occurring antioxidants, L-theanine and caffeine. It also includes vanilla flavoured protein powder, goji berries for vitamin A and C, iron and fibre, and sea moss jelly, which, as well as being a source of prebiotics and 92 minerals, helps with thyroid health. We blend it with unsweetened pea milk, a protein source high in vitamins A and D, iron, potassium, and calcium.

The Warehouse

To help you… hydrate

A tropical-inspired smoothie, The Warehouse features mango and pineapple for vitamin C and digestion-aiding enzymes and fibre. The hydrating blend uses two hero anti inflammatory ingredients - turmeric and ginger - to give the smoothie a little ‘kick’ while boosting antioxidant levels. There’s also chia seeds for fibre and magnesium, and blue kefir for calcium and gut health-promoting enzymes. This is supplemented with vanilla whey protein and blended with coconut milk, a source of healthy fats, calcium magnesium and electrolytes.
