Our favourite Fourth of July cocktails
Add the Firecracker, Blue Sparkler and American Pie-Apple Spritz to your celebrations
Firecracker
Ingredients1.4 oz Bacardí Coconut rum
.5 oz Pama Pomegranate Liqueur
1 oz Grapefruit tonic
Cava
Cherries
Method
Pour all the ingredients into a glass, then top with Cava and garnish with cherries.
American Pie-Apple Spritz
Ingredients1.7 oz Bacardí Carat Oro rum
.75 oz Pineapple juice
.2 oz 5 Pedro Ximénez
Club soda
Orange slice
Method
Mix all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker. Shake, then pour over ice with some club soda. Garnish with a slice of orange.
Blue Sparkler
Ingredients1 oz Bacardí Carta Negra
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz fresh orange juice
Orange swath
Method
Pour over ice, stir, then garnish with an orange swath.
