New Menus: Introducing the latest dishes from our UK Houses | Soho House

Here’s your first look at the new offerings to try now – with flavours inspired by the unique character of each location

Saturday 28 January 2023   By Soho House

This year, we’re releasing new menus across all of our UK Houses, which will allow members to enjoy increasingly flavourful experiences when they visit our clubs. The much-loved House Regulars aren’t going anywhere (some have been given a revamp), but the new menus do give you an excellent excuse to grab a table at our UK Houses near and far – as if you needed one.

Scroll down to discover the new dishes and book a table.

180 House: for an elevated dining experience

Located in a historic brutalist building on London’s Strand, 180 House spans two floors, and has an outdoor terrace and rooftop pool with a view of the city’s skyline. It’s a great location for an elegant lunch or dinner, and the new dishes here are both comforting and sophisticated. This year, we’re bringing elevated outings back in our dining room, while you can still enjoy more casual dining in the rest of the club. There is also a refreshed selection of wines (we heard you, wine enthusiasts) and new seasonal cocktails – Beetroot Sour, Rum Demure and Banana Peel Daiquiri – which can be enjoyed with lunch, dinner or after hours.

Dishes to try: Monkfish with samphire and Datterini tomato; Chicken for two with winter chanterelle and mash; and a Soho House take on Beef Tartare.

Brighton Beach House: fresh from the seaside

Having first opened its doors in May 2022, Brighton Beach House is located right on the seafront, meaning that it’s perpetually enveloped by the sounds of crashing waves and seagulls. It’s only right that the new menu also takes inspiration from the area, with locally sourced fresh fish and seafood.

Dishes to try: Dressed Crab with gem hearts and Tabasco; Wood-Fired Brill with brown shrimp and caper butter.

Soho Farmhouse: for intense flavours on the grill

Spanning 100 acres of scenic Oxfordshire countryside, Soho Farmhouse is a truly iconic location. When it comes to food, there’s the member favourite Pen Yen for meat and fish on the robata grill, alongside Blake’s Kitchen Bakery and The Little Bell, which are both collaborations with local businesses. On the refreshed Main Barn menu, local ingredients and flavours get to shine, with a focus on the wood oven and grill – just what you need after a long hike or an afternoon at the spa.

Dishes to try: Veal Cutlet with grain mustard and chervil; Souffle with a butter sauce.
