Cecconi's, paella, and a whole lot of Patrón

While everyone caught the energy of DJ Harvey and Jayda G on the main stage at Soho Desert House day three, Andrea Cavaliere, executive chef of Soho House North America, served lobster, paella, and fried chicken, cooked to perfection using HexClad. On Sunday night, our chefs even cooked up risotto for a special Sunday night dinner. Attendees cooled off with Cali Water, Margaritas and Soho House’s legendary Picantes from Patrón, plus TRIP CBD seltzers as the desert sun hit an afternoon high.

‘Wanna eat like the Obamas?’ asked Soho Desert House performer Everyday People. ‘Ghetto Gastro is here to feed your spirit and soul.’ The plant-based chicken and waffles were a crowd favourite from the culinary masterminds.

The coolest spot at the House? Pan-n-Ice’s cart, where guests grabbed Lady A frozé sorbet and rolled ice cream. Gelato Festival popsicles kept the more health-conscious refreshed, as did snacks from LA favourite market, Erewhon. The Pizza Cupcake brought a taste of Italy to the Coachella Valley with flaky, bite-sized pastries and signature secret dough – as did our Cecconi’s vintage airstream serving up slices to hungry attendees. Speaking of House favourites, a Dirty Burger truck parked by the main stage serving the classic Dirty Burger alongside a plant-based option.
Grind coffee and AMASS frozen Espresso Martinis kept the crowd going throughout special guests Fred Ahead and The Blessed Madonna’s late-night sets.
