Berenjak is now open at DUMBO House
The member-favourite London restaurant has landed across the pond, with a menu of authentic Iranian dishes now being served at our Brooklyn-based House

Popular Persian spot Berenjak has been a need-to-visit restaurant since it opened its two London locations back in 2018. And since 2023, Soho House members have also been enjoying its authentic Iranian menu at the Little Berenjak residency at Soho Farmhouse.
Now, the team is setting up shop in New York, with the arrival of Berenjak at DUMBO House. Over a two-year residency, the restaurant will allow members to experience founder and chef Kian Samyani’s signature dishes. Inspired by Tehran’s hole-in-the-wall kebab houses, they shine a light on seasonal, locally sourced produce and are designed for sharing.

Across the menu, members will find a selection of Berenjak favourites: kebabs, like the lamb shoulder Koobideh Kabab, barbecue prawn Meygoo Kabab, and marinated chicken Jujeh Kabab. Plus, Zereshk Polow Ba Morgh (a whole rotisserie chicken with saffron sauce, barberries, rice and Shirazi salad), and Mazeh – mezze dishes that include the likes of Black Chickpea Hummus.
Located on the sixth floor of the House, the restaurant offers impressive views over the Brooklyn Bridge and Hudson River below. As members enter the space, they’ll pass through a reimagined Iranian shopfront to be greeted by an open kitchen. Here, chefs use classic Persian cooking tools to prepare dishes, including a mangal barbecue and vertical rotisserie.

From Monday to Friday, Berenjak at DUMBO House is open for dinner between 5.30pm and 10.30pm. It’s also open for all-day dining from 12pm to 10.30pm on Saturday, and 12pm to 10pm on Sunday. Table bookings can be made via the Soho House app, with walk-in space available on a first-come, first-served basis.
