If you thought you tried everything that Soho House Tokyo has to offer, think again. Our culinary teams have been busy introducing an exciting line-up of new dishes, dining experiences and member favourites with a twist. From standout seasonal plates at the House Brasserie to authentic Edomae sushi, there’s never been a better time to pull up a chair and explore what’s new.

So, read on to discover the latest culinary additions to our Japanese outpost.

New FandB Tokyo
The House Brasserie
A fresh wave of seasonal dishes has arrived at the House Brasserie, our modern British restaurant located on the 13th floor, where Japanese ingredients and local flavours take centre stage.

The new menu showcases the best of the season and balances British inspiration with Japanese produce. Highlights include a Yamayuri Pork Sausage wrapped in golden puff pastry and served with a rich black garlic emulsion; Ishikawa Amaebi Shrimp dressed in lemon olive oil; Yamayuri Pork Loin paired with apple confit; and Chicken stuffed with tarragon and lemon, served on a bed of garlic puree with morel mushrooms and lightly charred wasabina.

We’ve also expanded our selection of lighter, vegetable-led options. New vegetarian additions include Zucchini Flower Fritters stuffed with blue cheese and lemon, served alongside a honey-infused basil puree; and Ricotta Pancakes layered with aged Parmesan and paired with charred leeks in a savoury onion broth. And for those with a sweet tooth, there’s plenty to look forward to: new seasonal desserts include Sweetcorn Soft Serve topped with miso popcorn.

Meanwhile, for our younger guests, we’ve introduced a new children’s menu designed for family visits, featuring dishes such as Tomato Rigatoni, Dashi Udon Soup, Chicken Karaage with fries and beans, and Salmon Onigiri served with miso soup and tamagoyaki.

What’s new on the club floor
The latest additions extend beyond the House Brasserie, bringing new interactive food and drink experiences to the club floor.

Members can now enjoy a Bloody Mary trolley, allowing them to customise every element of their drink – from the spirit and spice level to garnishes. Whether you prefer yours classic, fiery or something entirely your own, the experience is designed around personalisation and is available exclusively from 11am to 3pm on weekends.

There’s also a new dessert trolley making its way around the club floor from 12pm to 5pm on weekends, offering up to 10 varieties of cakes, pastries, and sweet treats.

And that’s not all. Members can now enjoy authentic hand-pressed Edomae sushi prepared by a dedicated sushi chef, bringing one of Japan’s most celebrated culinary traditions directly to Soho House Tokyo. Available both within the House and at the House Brasserie, it’s another way we’re expanding the dining experience for members.
