As New York Fashion Week descends upon the city, so begins a new era for the industry that sees in-person shows and events unfolding the way they once were. To kick it off, Soho House partnered with DAZED magazine on a post-show party with its executive editorial director, Lynette Nylander, and Collina Strada founder, Hillary Taymour, to fete her spring 2022 collection for a night on DUMBO House’s waterfront terrace.

As guests including Tommy Dorfman, Hari Nef, Paloma Elsesser and more trickled in, they were treated to House cocktails and member favourites such as rigatoni and fried chicken bites, served family style. For Taymour, whose latest collection celebrates the inherently New York virtue of freedom of dress, the next era of fashion should include, but is not limited to: ‘fun, consciousness, respect, community, and love.’
